SUMMARY:Water Operations Officer Development
DESCRIPTION:OBJECTIVE\nThis course is designed to help water rescue teams to organize and manage many of the often overlooked or forgotten tasks required to be successful. Mission readiness includes Leadership (communication and motivation)\, Management (budgeting\, SOPs/SOGs)\, Training / Equipment (surface and subsurface teams) and Water Operations (on\, near or under the water). Participants will complete several tabletop scenarios. \nPREREQUISITES\n\nMember of a Public Safety Agency\nAt least 18 years old\n\nBRING TO CLASS\n\nPen and paper for note- taking and sketching.
